I wasn't that into Sebastian Stan on Gossip Girl but um. Once Upon a Time this week converted me. He spent a lot of time smoldering sexily. Even the weird hair didn't kill it for me.
You mean the bad wig in the flashback? Yeah, that was a bad choice, but then we got him doing his almost-crying and clearly crazy but also crazy-hot thing with Jennifer Morrison, which he is really good at! *g*

So very grateful our state put out what's called the "Blue Book" each year that lists every single elected person for every single city, county, and State or Federal representative with all their contact information. I can't imagine how other states survive. (We may be disfunctional in all sorts of ways, but you can easily contact people to tell them so.)
We have one for the city govt (though it's four years out of date at this point, though the mayor has promised an update soon), but I don't think there's one for the state as a whole. Sigh.
