So I finished all four books in Gail Carriger's The Parasol Protectorate series (a fifth book - of course - is due in March 2012). and despite the lax editing, which led to some jarring mistakes being left in, I enjoyed them a lot. According to my librarian graphic novel listserv, the DC 52 survey will boot you off if you "incorrectly" answer their trick question, about a fake title called Nerak. If you say you bought it, read it, or are interested in it, you get the big no 'cause it assumes you're not a genuine comics reader or something.

Oh, interesting. I remember seeing that and thinking that it didn't sound familiar, but I basically marked everything but Batfamily stuff, Wonder Woman, and Superboy as not interested.
