Last night, I watched Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths and my advice to you is don't.

Awww.... dang it. I'm really, really glad that I didn't buy that this afternoon when I went boredom shopping. That would've been awkward. Bought The Dark Knight instead. I figured, as I'd seen that already, it was a solid move.

Though the movie also had some weird Batman/Flash subtext, like when Batman eats Flash's pretzel. That is not a euphemism.

Might be worth it for that, but I don't know that anything can save me from Billy!Batman. *sigh*

It happens at the very beginning of the movie, so you wouldn't have to watch the rest.

Yeah, sadly it wasn't one of the best in terms of story and acting, but they did have some of the best and clever fight scenes! It was worth buying for me just for the entire group fight, like the parts that Flash cheekily punches out Power Ring as he runs by, the Wonder Woman/Super Woman fight, and the part where Flash puts an entire thingie back together, passes it to Quick and then slugs him. Love!! <3

I did like those two parts, and I liked that Wonder Woman kept the plane (her invisible plane!), but mostly I was just like, "really? seriously?" I think also the romance between J'onn and Rose Wilson creeped me out a little.

I tried to leave a comment here the other day, but then LJ crapped out on me. I think I've been having more trouble this week with it than most.

We liked JL Crisis on 2 Earths! I . . . don't remember it all that well, ha. But I remember enjoying it. Esp. Owl Man. And Evil Superman, or whatever his name was.

Owl Man and Superwoman were my favorite parts. Mostly I couldn't get past the voices for Ultraman and Batman.

And poor LJ with the DDOS attacks. I still can't get over the fact that the president of Russia has an LJ.
