this hazelnut gelato, and while it's very good, I have to say for the amount of work it takes, it makes a tiny amount of gelato - like I don't even think it made a whole pint (given that it only calls for 2/3 pint of milk, that would make sense). And because hazelnuts are expensive, even though the larger bits got strained out, I saved
