So I watched Glee and while the dancing was awesome, I still want to set Will and Finn on fire, and don't really care about any of the plot.

I hate that trope too, but I really liked the episode despite it, and I hope they work it out soon, though I don't actually believe they will :/ God, though, I love Alicia. And god, do I hate Peter. I love Alicia and Will together, and tbh I'd also be okay with her and someone else, just NOT PETER.

Yeah, it was one sour thing in an ep that was otherwise really good. It's just so beneath them, I think - the show usually subverts or throws out those really stupid, typical scenarios, so I was unhappy to see it played straight.
