Oy, today. I traveled the length and breadth of Manhattan by noon. Also, at 9 am I was told I was going to Astoria for a meeting next week, and then when I left at 5:30 this evening, I was told that instead, I was going to the Bronx. (How wrong is it that it's approximately 6.5 miles from my apt. to there, but it will take approximately 50 minutes

Because of acid reflux. And also because it keeps me up at night.

I switched to decaf many years ago, back when my ulcer was diagnosed, and then gave it up in the morning to save money after I got laid off.
