It's been so long since a girl!Sam/Dean!! I was absolutely thrilled to see it-- and ofcourse it was perfection as usual. Have to say I was concerned along with girl!Sam for a second when Dean suggested a clinic. I was all "NO!!!" But of course Dean wants the baby!
