So yesterday afternoon at around 2:30 I went to the new independent coffee shop up the block. It is staffed by hipster dudes in wool watch caps and is owned by the same people who own this dog rehab place. I know iTunes has a Transfer Purchases option that lets you copy purchased music, but I don't remember how to get to it.

I'm sure there is, but it irritates me that my iTunes library is on the external hard drive, but new purchases from iTunes go to the laptop's harddrive instead.

You can't change the default location? (I don't use iTunes very often, so I don't know the ins and outs.)

God, I adore the BSG music. I listen to it while I work, and find myself carried up and down with the emotions even while thinking of customer feedback or whatever I happen to be translating.

PS - am listening to season 3 now, and OMG, you're so right about the Adamas coming from the Shire. It's still beautiful, though.
