Icy hot patches are the only thing that saved my shoulder last summer. They are awesome.

They really are. I mean, okay, not the easiest to use when you live alone, but still, good stuff.

I don't do Icy Hot...had a bad experience when I was 12 and decided it was a good idea to put it under my arms on my swollen lymph nodes.
Hey, it was a good idea in theory.
Anyway, since then I haven't been able to even smell the stuff without wincing.
But it does make a good cautionary tale.
