I look at the world and I notice it's turning
Harry Potter; Remus/Sirius; pg; 650 words
"I needed to hear this song."

This is a teeny sequel to The Love There That's Sleeping. This won't make much sense without reading that.

I'd not read the first, so I did. And then I read this, and yes. This may be the first m/m pairing I ever read or saw instantly in canon. I love them so.

great job with R/S as always. You write them so...wistfully.

And I did not know Clapton played guitar on that track. Learn something knew every day. :)

Thanks so much! And yeah, George Harrison asked him to come in and play.

Gah, this is just gorgeous. These two break my heart a little when they're older. ♥

Thank you so much! They are totally made of heartbreak, aren't they? Sigh.

You just brought a ray of sunshine into an otherwise emo day I was having. :)

If there's anything I love, Sirius and old records. Bonus points for it being the White Album especially. And a Lie Low at Lupin's fic on top of that. You hit all my happy buttons!

I usually try to avoid reading anything during Azkaban era or Lie Low at Lupin's because those fics are lately likely to make me cry, but this was just lovely. I love Sirius' need to hear the song and his feeling like a relic. I also really liked Remus worrying and automatically scolding Sirius and the sudden change when he notices Sirius' mood and demeanor and how he seems to realize that maybe he really did need this and lets the incident go. The tension and the desire to turn into Padfoot followed by losing himself a moment in memories as he listens and then turns to see the look on Remus' face as Remus settles in next to him, obviously remembering as well was just perfect. Lovely!

Aw, Lie Low at Lupin's is my favorite time for them - just before everything goes to hell. Sigh. Anyway, I'm so glad you liked this and found it moving. Thanks for letting me know!
