Oh DW, we love you anyway.

And, yeah, sure are. And something that sounds like hail, but then kinda stopped again. It's about friggin' time...I've had a headache for 2 weeks with the damned storms rolling in but then not delivering. The least it can do is water the garden.

Took me a while, but I'm finally logging in a little bit again. How have you been?

and yeah - there was all that rain, and then suddenly, threatened storms every day that never materialized.

I'm doing well. Work has been busier than expected, considering half the office is on vacation, but it still seems to be going well. How are you doing?

I'm kind of hoping Leverage will still be eligible, just because Yuletide writing tends to be very high quality! But off the top of my head, I suspect it might already be too large. Hmm, must remember to check that at some point.

Oh man, I hope my work has tapered off enough for me to play, because I'd hate to miss Yuletide :(

I thought fandoms in their first year were eligible regardless of size, but last year, after the Iron Man movie wasn't, I guess they changed things? I don't even know. But I am hoping for Leverage, because that'd be fun.

I've decided to try to keep a list of things I want to request/volunteer to possibly write this year. It's super long so far:

Life, The Hunger Games, Ramona Quimby, The Big Bang Theory, Archie Comics, Cold Case

Whopping, right?? ;) The fics for Life and TBBT from last year are part of how I got into the shows...they had both been on my list of "to get around to" and then when I saw there was fic for them, quite a bit, and some of it recommended often, I thought, HEY THIS IS A SIGN. So, naturally, it made me want even more fic! ;) And where else but Yuletide are you going to get kid!lit fic and/or not terrible fic for procedurals? Maybe you could request Criminal Minds! :) What would you ask for in TBBT? I am ashamed to say I 'ship Penny/Sheldon.

Oh man, how can I already be thinking of Yuletide in August? Must be 'cause it's the only time all year I write fic! :)

I fear it might be too large. There is apparently a fuckton of Reid/Morgan and Reid/Hotch out there (which interests me NOT AT ALL).

What would you ask for in TBBT? I am ashamed to say I 'ship Penny/Sheldon.

I would probably ask for gen with the whole gang. I don't know. I am terrible at coming up with prompts, because a lot of the time, if I come up with it, I want to write it myself.
