= My last day of freedom unemployment! The grind starts up again tomorrow. I am kind of freaked out, like, I can't believe I am starting a new job. It's all just been so abrupt and transitionless, you know? Like, they told me I was let go and that I should just go home and not come back, so there was no real preparation ( Read more... )

Seriously! And it keeps your fonts from going wonky, where you're in perfect legible Verdana 10pt and then ALL OF A SUDDEN in Times New Roman 6pt and style=mine won't help! ARRRGH! Coding an lj-cut or some italics is NOT HARD.

but their name conjured an immediate association with wank and distaste. I can't remember why or how, just the instant sensation of distaste. Weird.

This is why I stay away from friendsfriends. Not only do I get stuck in a merry-go-round of weird RSS feeds, I invariably see a name that makes me go "OHNOES, SOMEONE I KNOW IS FRIENDS WITH *THEM* - AUUGGH!"

I realize I've chosen and maintained my list for a reason. :)

heh--my kids were watching Bones and--veterans of DragonCon that they are--were all the costumes are lame and that auctioneer wouldn't last ten seconds in front of a real con crowd and they should totally show the filking and the drum circle. The rest of it was fine by them. =)

Both parts of Kill Ari are airing tomorrow on USA starting at 5, if the *aheming* doesn't work out.

NCIS is becoming almost Law & Order ubiquitous.
