No, it's less than half if you add the non-girl!Sam het to the gen, there's more non-Wincest. But mostly I was surprised by the number of Wincest stories where Sam is a boy. *snerk*
Hmm... I don't think Dean was all that saintly in that particular story - he's smart, yeah, which is mostly my reaction to the show making him come off as dumb in a few episodes this season, but he's also being kind of an ass to Sam because he thinks Sam wants to leave, and he won't tell Sam what's wrong. Whereas Sam is so secure in where he is and what he's doing, that he can't really even believe Dean would still be thinking he wants to leave, but he really is kind of thrown off by being back at Stanford and dealing with a case that can't be easily solved via the kind of research he's used to doing. So there's definitely an emotional disconnect between them in the story.
I do love Sam a lot, and I do try not to let my admittedly greater affection for Dean overshadow everything, and I'm glad that it mostly works in my stories, though quite often the theme of my stories is basically Sam discovering yet again how awesome Dean is. *g*

Not from where I'm sitting. *g* Over half of the SPN fic you post is Sam/Dean of some combo. When you fell off the wagon, you fell hard.
Anyway. *waves hand* Dean/Ellen! You posted Dean/Ellen and I missed it!
