Apparently last week was WIP Amnesty Week or something? This is, well, nothing actually happens in it, I guess, so it's not much of a story, but I can't continue it without a lot of revamping, as this was written right after IMToD, and my original idea was jossed, so... I guess this can stand on its own

Especially this: "I think it was easier when you were a creepy old guy in an undertaker's suit," he says. "The cute girl thing is...disturbing." In the way that he's finding her more attractive by the minute, and he knows that's no attitude a hunter should have.

Thank you! I really enjoyed the Dean/Tessa interaction in IMToD, so yeah, I'd really like to see more people use her, or insert Death into the SPNverse.

Ooh, that's lovely. Tessa was such a neat character, and I love her interactions with Dean here. How can Dean not have a complex relationship with Death?

Thanks so much! And yeah, Dean's relationship with Death is fascinating to me, because he's not afraid of it, for himself, but he can't let go when Sam isn't safe, so... *sigh*

This works very well as a stand-alone piece, I think, even if the larger thing didn't work out. I like it. I love the part with Dean and Del.

(I have so far abandoned three separate Winchesters-and-Death crossovers -- one with Mary, one with John and one with Dean and Sam. I have a lot of trouble writing Death's voice.)

I really enjoyed the one you posted, so I hope you try the others out again. I think John and Death would be really interesting. Or John and Desire. Dean and Destiny. Sam and Dream.

Really, everybody should be writing me SPN/Sandman crossovers. *g*
