oh lovely. i love how you had a section for each person. and Jayne's is so very Jayne.

The Book part was handled nicely, but i loved River and her atonality best.

Oh, this is lovely. It made me a little sad -- just because I miss the show and the characters, not because the story itself is melancholy -- but is also made me laugh a little at the end, in a nice healing kind of way. If that makes any sense.

I like this a lot.

I actually teared up at the end, for just that reason. I'm greedy: I want back-story and vignettes and stories of home, of lives before the War, why Inara chose to be a Companion, why Book chose the church, and, and, ... and yeah. And I like your interpretations.
