I'm usually the victim, to be honest, so it's not my cup of tea. Can't say it hasn't been a temptation to give him a free colonoscopy with his own face, though. In that case, I can understand the issues. Like you're swimming against an angry tide.

Ha! That's a great way to say it. I'm stealing that. More like a passive aggressive tide in my case, but Theo is totally worth it.

It would be extremely satisfying, to say the least. My boyfriend's father is like that. He thinks he can wean him off the gay by making him fix cars or watching baseball. It's ironically how I feared by father would be, but I lucked out.

Watching baseball isn't so bad. The pants are nice and tight, it's a good show. But your boyfriend's dad doesn't see it that way. And now I'm jealous. You got the awesome, supportive family didn't you? Lucky.

I watched with my dad sometimes, but I fell asleep. Dad's a typical guy. In fact, he fixes cars for a living. Well, I got a supportive father, and he's worth more himself than any huge family could be. He knew I was gay before I did. But it was just him and me for a very long time, and we were lost after Mom died.

He sounds like a great dad. Does he like your boyfriend?

He wasn't over the moon with the gay thing at first, because I don't think he really understood it, but he didn't love me any less for it and he's been nothing but supportive. He does now. At first, no so much. It could have been the fact he found Blaine hungover in my bed one morning before we were even dating.

Oh yeah, sneaking a guy in that's always going to be trouble with the family. Good for you though.

Excellent taste... I *did* actually meet Alexander McQueen once before his untimely death... He ate at the restaurant I was working in, and I was wearing one of his designs. It was awesome.

Yes, if ever there was an argument NOT to become a fashion designer, it's his untimely death.

Fair enough. Were you considering it?
