Jen, don't OD because of him. He doesn't want to take responsibility for his actions and having hurt you, so instead of dealing with it, he's put it all on you and cut off your means of contacting him so he never has to own up to it. I know it hurts and he's left you to deal with all of the consequences, but in the grand scheme of things, you're better off without such an immature emotional cripple.
