Would the friends have to be unusual too? I have an OC who could be a "gal pal" sort of thing. I can give her oddities too (I originally wrote her as a wererat)?

Don't know if I should take the lack of reply as a tacit "no thanks", but just in case, I forgot to mention that obviously I wouldn't expect her to recognize the Dead Man thing. It could either be in his normal 'verse before people knew about Dead Men or in a separate 'verse where he's a complete oddity.

I've banned myself from creating new muses but I know that I'll regret it forever if I don't step up and say that I'd love to play Natalie!

I think the idea that you had before was very good, that Natalie had an ability to take away death. Perhaps she appears dead for a while and then suddenly wakes up (very Captain Jack like if you watch Doctor Who/Torchwood). And she left Emily because she was afraid that she'd be afraid of her ability or something?

Oh man, I would love you FOREVER. Yeah, I didn't have the entire story fleshed out between them yet. I could totally see it like she has the ability to prevent death/take it away, and then kind of...comes back. And I watch Doctor Who, too, so yeah, something similar to regeneration. I could see her leaving for that reason. And then it could be fun to plot out how they meet up again. So I don't know if you want to play out what they were like right before Emily almost died, or kind of pick it up years later, modern-time? But I want it to be this angsty love story (can't have too much fluff without the angst!).

We could always do maybe when Emily is actually ill, and play out the "death" itself and then jump ahead to modern time. And Emma's living in the city and has no idea that Natalie's alive, or any awareness of her power, etc.

I have a few ideas for PB, so I figure I'll throw a few at you and you can choose? There's Nora Tschirner; Imogen Poots; Caterina Scorsone; or Rachel Weisz, possibly

I was reading through the post and would like to offer up seeing_within, if you'd like. She's an OC as well, and in between verses right now. I'm actually reshaping the character, so history and background are completely open to whatever.

I have played her as sort of an "other" sort of demon before, albeit with a different twist. I can link as soon as I find the entry, if you're interested at all. I have to clean up the account some, haven't used it in a while. :)

Lol, not a problem. Do you have any character specifics? Hair color, general age, that sort of thing?

Ah, awesome. Well, here's her original information, but it can be altered/edited as needed, nothing's set in stone. She might be some sort of confidant, or maybe one of a few who actually knows what happened.

I'm leaning towards either darker hair (brown, black) or maybe a dark red? And...mid-30s to 40s? A little older. Facial hair is okay, but not a requirement.

That would be an interesting angle to play with. :D I'd like that.
