This is wonderful. You paint such a striking picture of their regret, the necessity, the longing...wow. I could almost feel the desperation from James and the how tenuous their reunion was. And you set the atmosphere so well...

Thanks! No, there isn't. You would think that with how tragic Lily and James' story is, there would be a huge amount of AU, but for some reason a lot of Lily/James shippers don't like AU.
