A whisper on the wind,

Kagome

A tickle of memory,

Strange men with long white hair and even stranger ears…

Kagome

There is no such thing as a purely selfless wish,

So they decided for themselves.

Kagome

The jewel made flesh,

Immortality.

Kagome

Decades, centuries, millennia,

People live and people die.

Kagome

Past and present and future,

Time meant nothing.

Kagome

And the earth was dust,

But

Kagome

Grey eyes fluttered open,

Darkness.

Kagome

Somewhere somewhen someone was calling their name.
