Thank you! I try to keep Brian as IC as I possibly can, so I'm glad to hear he works for you. That's the real challenge of kid!fic since babies do change lives drastically. :) Eli is very lucky, though she probably won't appreciate it for a very long time, lol.

Completely awesome! I love Brian's observations of fatherhood, as he is co-parenting an Elise deep in the throes of toddlehood. She really is being shaped by their personalities. For instance, Elise is all Justin by insisting to wear her "bees" to the wedding, while she plays the DQ, as well as Brian ever has, by wanting a "fucker taco". LMFAO

And, it seems that the boys have indulged in a little cruising and are now going to make the most of their thirty minutes. LOL Loved it! :)

Thanks for reading, hon! Eli really is their kid; I'm not entirely sure they could have produced a biological child more like them. There's a lot of Justin in her, but a fair amount of Brian too. Of course, the Brian traits never really seem to be the good ones, lol!

Oh, this was a perfect thing to read on a day when I'm home sick! I think I laughed the whole way through this! Elise sure is a pistol and a total product of her environment. Do you know any small children because you capture them perfectly!

Brian frowns. "Hey, that's Daddy to you."

That made me melt a little. Brian loves her so much. You can tell he's got that same "mine, this is my baby" feeling we all saw him have the first time he held Gus. Love it and can't wait for the next part, because hey, they're baby-less!

Thanks, Ramie! Baby-less is definitely a good thing. ;) For all that he's tried to resist her, Brian is ridiculously in love with Eli. I'd hate to be the person who tried to come between the two of them because Brian would not take that lightly. She may be biologically Justin's, but there's no doubt in my mind that he considers her his completely very soon into the whole fatherhood thing.

Well, I don't have any kids myself, but there was quite an age difference between myself and my younger, half-brothers. I spent most of my late teens with infants and toddlers, lol! Needless to say, it's a learning experience not quickly forgotten. Aside from that, moonbrightnites helped me adjust my language a bit so that it would fit with Eli's age. Language can be a tricky thing.
