I love nutritional yeast on popcorn! Sesame seeds and a little cayenne is also good.

Do they do this every Tuesday? If they do, I think I'd always shop on Tuesday : ) Hummus : P yummy! Haven't tried a lot of things you listed but I'd be willing to try. What's nutritional yeast taste like?

Yes, my local Whole Foods does it EVERY Tuesday! (if you have one in your area, call them up and ask if they have a big sampling day...it varies from store to store.) My new shopping day is Tuesday now...woohooooo...LOVE it! :-)

Hummus is one of my favorite snack foods...yummy and nutritious!

Nutritional Yeast tastes kind of "cheesy". It's really GOOD for you- full of B vitamins, folic acid, protein, fiber etc...

Do you make your own hummus? I want to but haven't yet.

I'll have to try some Nutritional yeast especially since it's so good for ya. Today I had a dark chocolate bar just for medicinal purposes ; ) Yummy!

Dark chocolate...yummmm. :-) Have you tried Lindt's Dark Orange Chocolte bars? Freaking FANTASTIC!

It's much more economical to make your own hummus and I usually do. You just crack open a few cans of garbanzo beans, blend them in the blender with a clove or two of garlic, salt/pepper, some olive oil and tahini (you could replace the tahini with peanut butter instead).

I really like dipping pita chips into hummus. Dipping baby carrots, celery and cucumber slices into it is good too.
