I can't wait to start juicing & making fruit & veggie salads! I LOVE fresh produce! It's so lovely to look at too! :-)

any recommendations on the "juicing" thing?
cause i have one that i have never used!

My favorite juices are:

Carrot & Red Delicious Apple (sometimes I add ginger)

Fennel (use the bulb) & Apple (sometimes I add celery)

There are all sorts of books & websites that tell all about juicing & its benefits, with juicing recipes!

It's pretty easy to do and gives you lots of energy and vitamins...good stuff! :-) The only downside, is cleaning up the juicer! Lucky for me, I have one that is fairly easy to clean up and the parts are dishwasher safe.

WHOA! A combo flea market/farmer's market is the coolest thing I've ever heard of!

There's an auction & small antique mall there too! ...and it's surrounded by lovely trees and there's a river and lake nearby! :-)
