Haha, OMG the Carlton dance, yes. He was very close indeed! I heard the last one will be taped, though the videocamera was running on (or at least around) London as well. I even left two (yes, two, I suck xD) messages into it after the show.
I keep thinking about the venue closing down the merch sales. I guess it was because they had another gig coming in at 10.30 and needed to clear up after the Gackt tsunami.
I don't want to make excuses for them (it does upset me to think that there were fans who didn't have to chance to buy their YFC goods - after waiting so many years for Gackt to come to Europe) but I think that O2 were a bit out of their depth with this fandom!
Yeah, I'm pretty sure that was the reason, too. It did say on the ticket "curfew 10 o'clock". And yes, I think they underestimated the power of the Gackt fandom. ^^
I had understood that O2 was going to close soon because of it's location close to people's apartments or something ... interesting that there was going to be another gig same night.
Luckily I bought some merchandise before the gig. I thought I couldn't get what I wanted if I had waited to get them afterwards. (I couldn't get the top before the gig, though.) After the gig I was going to buy CD, but there was so much crowd that I decided to buy it from internet. Pity to hear that some people didn't have chance to buy anything at all. :(
