That would be great, thank you! I took the cab for $50 after waiting more than 15 minutes. Am in security line now, phew.

OK, I am dumb. If said hubby is driving you to the Holiday Inn, why couldn't he drive you one mile farther?

Because it would take him 30 minutes to get me to the airport, and an hour and a half for him to get back, thanks to the rush hour traffic.

My old company would fly me in the night before - this one likes to fly us in the mornings when security lines suck and it's a PITA to get there.

I just re-read your post and realized that in my weakened state I mis-read it (plus I was reading it on my Blackberry.)

The Holiday Inn is a mile from our house. We are about 20 miles from the airport.
