Heh, thanks. I know as soon as we give up, it'll happen... and I'm getting close to that point...

Ha! No. Only for my first year here. I do still laugh when the weather report says it MIGHT snow, and everything shuts down while people stock up on milk, bread and toilet paper. But as soon as the temperature drops below 55, I put on a sweater and turn on the heat. (I grew up on Smith College campus, and I remember as soon as the temperature got above 50, the Smithies would be out sunbathing in bikinis. Funny how things work.)
