mmm, pierogis! like philly we here west hollywood folk take pride in our peirogi (they don't call it little moscow for nothing). my faves are actually made fresh in town but frozen and dirt cheap at the local market, so i steam em and add sour cream and a sprinkling of lemon pepper (serbian style). WOW.

I miss REAL perogies!! Best we get here is the frozen ones. Back home near Scranton, PA there were all kinds of church picnics with ethnic foods.
