Merde, I yet breathe! In the last two weeks, I've driven to Pennsylvania in three days and flown back. This is after co-throwing Arizona's largest spoken word festival and saying goodbye to too many people I've loved in my fierce curled-claw way. On the spontaneous roadtrip, I was able to see my lovely Chicago, if only for a few stolen hours,

Right on! I'm pretty dang excited about the whole thing, as I've seen many of my favourite performers at the Congress. I'm honoured and pinked-out about being invited to be a part of it, the only female poet feature of the night. You'll see logan, my best friend that I talk about often here, too. He's worth the trip to the Congress alone.
