Why, hello, Arwen, I think you're looking pretty darn good. :) Especially the photos that showcase your upper arms - which isn't to say that the rest isn't impressive, but the upper arms stand out for me!
With your kind of build (as I recall from the above photos and previous ones), I don't know if the "powerlifter" build would be best. We've seen that you can pull off the traditional ripped, V-shaped weightlifter's build quite well... which not everyone can. I'm not sure if covering that in heavy fat, for the benefit of power, is a good choice? Just my opinion, of course.
A receding hairline is apparently the price of thick body hair - I'm not sure I would refuse that trade-in if I had a choice. ;)
Make sure you go deep when you dumbbell press. Try to get those dumbbells close to your arm pits. Do some incline presses and flyes. That should help. Your last pose (relaxed stance) looks good!!
I just finished a chest workout actually about half an hour ago before this reply was sent. Didn't have time to do the dumbell press but I did some flyes and incline press, both to failure. I'll post pics in the next LJ entry which should hopefully be shortly after I send this reply
