1 month(?) later progress video

Hey musclefurs!

Not only did I just shave, but I thought I'd try out a different approach to working out. It's all in the video description on youtube. This is just an experiment to see what kind of results, if any, come from it. But so far I'm happy with the development. This video was taken this past Monday. Leave a comment

Very impressive. I think I see a hint of some abs coming in, yes?

No abs coming in. Nothing new really. Still got my two and a half pack :)

I should really do abs, but I just get way too borrrrrrrrrrrrrrred half way through and lose interest :/

My fault though but I'm sure it's a hurdle I'll get over one day :)

This may have been a post-chest workout, but you had a nice Everything in the video! :) Good traps especially!

Hey thanks big guy.

I really don't do traps to be honest. I think a lot of it has come about from poor "posture", in that I may have involved traps in a lot of general inside and outside of the gym shoulder movements through my entire life. It's weird too... when I flex my traps, there's this split in the front of them (from the collar bone up the front of my trap and to my neck). I don't know if it's a fat pocket (it's been there all my life) or perhaps just empty space with the skin not touching the muscle. I honestly dunno what it is. It looks neat though.

My strong point has always been my back and (as it would appear), my traps but oddly enough, my rear delts have always been absent (as well as my chest). Here's hoping for a muscley new year though! :D

Heh, I seriously doubt if anyone ever built muscle from poor posture! :) My guess is you have excellent genes for traps - not the first time I've seen it, there was a relatively skinny guy at my old gym who had HUGE traps far bigger than anything else! He did trap exercises, of course, but the disparity in size was amazing...

Certainly your back is impressive, but the rest ain't shabby neither!

I think you're looking great! Hit shoulders, traps and upper pec a little more and you'll be damn near stage ready :]

Awe thanks big guy :D

Yeah I'm happy with where I was in the video. I'll have to take another video 'cause I really don't think I've progressed very much since. I actually ended up with a strained right deltoid about four months ago so I haven't been able to do much since. Been getting better and I've been able to do 70 lb. incline bench presses and I've been upping the weight 10 pounds each time I come back to it.

But slowly and surely, I'll get back up there on that horse :D
