Hey it's me again
Been working out a little more steady over the last couple of months (honestly I don't really have much of a regiment, just never working the same body part too close together to the last time I worked it) and I'm up to 225 lbs. now. So I figure I'd post some progress pics. Really excited about AC too and it's helping to motivate

Things I'm pleased with:
My back
Less body fat
Things I'd like to see different:
Bigger arms
Bigger shoulders
Bigger traps
Bigger chest
I've only recently (as of today :) upped my calorie intake. Since I'm at 225 lbs right now, I figure 2700 a day should be good enough for bulking up (what do you think?). Surprisingly enough, my cardio's not really taking a hit yet, even though it's not quite back up at the same level it was a year ago.
Either way, I'm still happy with where things are and look forward to where they're going to be as time goes on :)

I've come to peace a while ago that I'm always going to be a hairy guy, so it doesn't bother me much at all these days.
