Sorry to have been gone for so long (I doubt anyone actually remembers me, as I was kinda quiet before), I have been through, for lack of better words, a time of great upheaval. Good cost effective way to do that? Eat a tonne of brown rice :D

It should be noted that I more-often-than-not powerwalk on the treadmill at it's highest incline right after I finish lifting the weights, usually burning on average 400 calories. Once finished I'll usually go into the sauna then swim and then either hit the hot tub or, more likely, the sauna(my favorite thing)
Also, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to check up on me, especially seeing as I haven't exactly been very active here. You, sir, are full of RAWK!
