A return with a question....

Oops also forgot to mention; I'm not sure what your diet is like but you might want to up your calorie intake and feed your muscles. It could just be that you aren't getting enough calories to feed your body that it leeches off your arms. That's my pseudo scientific understanding/suggestion :)

Good cost effective way to do that? Eat a tonne of brown rice :D

get a protein shake when I get home from the Fitness Center and I'll take a protein bar with me on my Saturday workout (but sometimes I'll take a smaller one with me on certain weekends). The Protein Shake I take in has approximately 40 grams of Protein in it (Milk, Egg Whites, WPI Protein Powder, a banana, L-Glutamine Powder, and either mixed berries or Peanut Butter) The Protein Bar I'll eat on the weekend has anywhere between 28-32 grams of protein in it. I eat a (fairly) balanced diet beyond that.

It should be noted that I more-often-than-not powerwalk on the treadmill at it's highest incline right after I finish lifting the weights, usually burning on average 400 calories. Once finished I'll usually go into the sauna then swim and then either hit the hot tub or, more likely, the sauna(my favorite thing)

Also, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to check up on me, especially seeing as I haven't exactly been very active here. You, sir, are full of RAWK!
