I think you're looking great. It could be the light, but you've got some thick veins on both biceps.
Ugh, I hate that i have to shave and keep my body hair trimmed for my competition in October. I was really wanting to be a freak werewolf for Halloween this year.
That's too bad. I used to not like my fuzz, but finally accepted it and enjoy wearing it around :) Shame to hear about the hallowe'en loss :/ but hey at the same time look at how much training time, dedication and diet devotion you've put into being where you are now and for that one special day where you're up there on stage, kicking muscly ass!
As for the veins thing, if you look carefully you can see that they're really there from the shadow of my hand and camera. I couldn't figure it out at first until I noticed the similarity between the shadows and my hand holding the camera in it :)
However, I am starting to get some veins popping out now when I do bicep curls and I can see them a closer to the skin than they used to be when I'm relaxed :)
I'm a bit on the fence about the man chops. I like 'em but at the same time they go better with shorter hair (not to mention with a non receding hair line, something I don't uh... well hey have you seen my hat?)
P.S. Cadet caps are the only form of headwear I own (assuming that's what you're wearing, of course). Very close to baseball caps, but infinitely more dignified, for some reason.
Definitely bigger arms than I remember. I bet you'd be surprised if you saw me too, since it's been a while... which makes me think I should post some pics. Hmm.
