Keep an eye out on that - just about any retail job prospect is going to want you for nights and weekends, unless you happen upon the rare opportunity to take a full time job with them, which in retail, is becoming very rare (for example, when I got hired at Wal Mart last year, it was one of the last waves of full timers they hired). Weekends are going to be especially hot spots to fill for places like Lowes and Home Depot, because those are the big times when everyone does their home project.

i know that but i thought with kids going back to school and having class during the day then,they would need people during the day to work.

Nah, those hours ("mothers hours") are usually pretty easy to fill, often with their namesake...
