Living in Denial

One thing I've often had difficulty understanding, is why people so often reject the truth. It turns out that was the theme for a recent edition of New Scientist magazine.

It works for our politicians.

Of course, this is not a demographic (with a very tiny handful of exceptions) I have much other than active contempt for.
