Had a lame Friday. I got home late from work and decided not to exercise and basically fell asleep on the couch at like 8:30 and woke up at 2:00 am. What a productive evening for me that was! It really is amazing how we tend to go through the same patterns and do similar errands on the weekends - while wondering about mindless "opportunities" and settling with "It is going to be okay" thoughts ( ... )

I'm starting to come to the conclusion after a week that Match isn't going to be all that good for me either. I, too, want to just meet someone face to face in that silly Hollywood way. But I'm going to stick it out for 6 months and give it a chance. I know quite a few people who have found their match through the personals.

I think I will just enjoy the lame profiles and the silly men who think that I would be interested in a guy that lives in CA....

I don't think I want to recycle something from 10 years ago, I would settle for something from 3 years ago or even someone current.

Hang in there, it will all work out.
