Okay, so I just had the scariest thing happen to me this evening.

I was home alone (the folks and my brother were at my brother's last non-playoff baseball game), just finished the first day of my new workout regimen (more about that later), walking upstairs in my bra and jeans, and the smoke detector goes off.  I of course freak out -- almost not ( Read more... )

Learning to do real-world things is a good idea. I suggest learning to hand sew, you will probably need it at some point. I just finished my first year of college, so if you have questions I'd be happy to help you out as much as I can.

I know a little bit of hand sewing, but I definitely should brush up on it. Thank you so much for the offer of help, too!

Here, have a Hotch&Reid hug!

Girl once you figure out fashion, give me some tips. I make my friends cry with how not-in I'm in.

Trust me, if I could have my way I'd wear vests every day in the winter over dress shirts and jeans with some kind of heavy leather boot, and in the summer it's white tank tops and blue jeans with wedge heels. Though I think miniskirts are adorable.

Hun, I think it is the coolest thing that you're turning your steampunk into something a hell of a lot more epic and amazing- TEN BOOKS?! Good god, that's mental. <3

But you have my support all the damn way.

Aww, thank you! I'm three or so scenes in chronologically, with a few scenes later on written (including a bombing and a Holmes cameo), so I should be finished by July 1st, and then -- to the betas!

Then I'm taking a month-long break to plan book two and write my Star Trek BB. Because the more I think about it, the more hilariously awesome zombie!pirate Chris Pike and Nero sounds. They'd go gallivanting off in the neutral zone consuming brains and eventually falling in love. It's been done before, but I want to write something to give the idea justice. (Unfortunately, Nero/Pike is a tiny pairing; I've written about one-third of the fanfic for it, sad as that is.)
