Japanese drama

I've been absolutely hooked on Japanese drama lately. I finished watching Hana yori dango (both seasons). I've never read the manga, but the drama is bittersweet and the theme-song from season 1 (Planetarium by Otsuka Ai) is hauntingly beautiful

JDrama can be fun to watch. HYD was a cute series, I haven't seen the second season though. My craptastic Internet connection makes downloading (and staying connected) a drama in itself. (So I'm waiting to leech it from someone - hehe)

I watched bits of Gokusen over YouTube and it's an alright series. I thought Matsujun's hair looked a bit silly though.

That's cool... I checked out your journal too (and added you - hope you don't mind). I noticed you're going to be studying at Waseda from September? That's really exciting news... Waseda is a really good school! I'm so jealous because your Japanese is going to get sooo good. I wish I had that kind of opportunity too.

I'm really excited about Waseda! But when you're doing JET, you're probably also learning a lot of Japanese? (Or do they all test their Engrish on you?)
