I was at DC also but some how kept missing Billy Boyd. (navigating the con with my five year old in a wheelchair meant less time to see stuff this year)

Oh no! He was around everywhere (apparently). We saw him on the bottom level of the Hyatt once and then got to take pictures with him in the Marriott on the last day of the con. I would bet that would be limiting. I went with three able bodied women and it was still exhausting at the end of the day.
