I sympathize. My advisor keeps telling me that it's my responsibility to know what my requirements are and whether I've filled them or not. So I went to the registrar to double-check that my AP credits do count for my lit course, as I'm scared they're going to change the rules on me or something, and of course they told me...to ask my advisor. Who always tells me that if he's wrong, it's not his fault. *eyeroll* I hate colleges. And I think they're deliberately idiotic in this case because they want to make sure you won't graduate so they can bleed you for more money.
OMG. That is awesome. So now the Casanova/Doctor Who crossover is TOTALLY CANON. :O
I'm sorry. That really bites. My college did something like that to me, but I managed to catch it now in my third year. I hope you can get everything cleared up.

That sucks, tho. Hope it all gets better. Maybe once things start up and get into rhythm everybody'll be loosened up a bit.
