Well, ?I'm finally making the transformation into Fine didning. I got the job at City Grill at Le Rosier I start Thursday, I have a 6 page wine list to learn and a 3 page menu. haha I was already writing down the wines that I would reccomend... Ome of each kind and what they go well with. I drink wine too so the kind, merlot cab and all that, I know which ones are heavier and dryer and all that but Im going to pick a couple of specifics to suguest. I just need to memorize the menu... that always takes me a while. so im not too worried... I just have to go get me a new wine key... It's going to be grand... :o)
