The following are my thoughts on Mari so far.

When I think of Green Mari, I think of my mother when I was a child kneeling in the garden pulling weeds.  I think of Mari as nourishing us the way a gardener nourishes her plants.  I don't really feel that I'm a nourishing person, so I don't really feel a connection with Green Mari the way I did with

Remember also that Red Mari is she who cuts down the grain. Not just the animal aspects she is the Harvester of food for all life. She feeds you, and to do so she is ruthless in her occupation so that we will all be nourished. And remember too that Red Mari will cut each of us down, both physically in death but psyche wise as well if we are not living up to our own truth.
