It's typical of articles about marijuana that they take the subject so lightly that it becomes crass. This article by Rosie DiManno is no exception. It was ruled by our Supreme Court (a bizarre institution which I in no way support, incidentally) in the decision Massachusetts v EPA that the EPA has the ability, and indeed the obligation to regulate greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act.
