That's one lucky beta! I especially love the last sentence/stanza:

Thank you so much! Valentine's Day was rather spiffing, in spite of the fact that I had a rehearsal to eat up much of the evening. My beta (aka Mr. 42) also expressed his appreciation for the sonnet in a most satisfactory manner- talk about the gift that keeps on giving! :D
