As soon as I saw that article I knew a lightning bolt was on its way from San Diego to vaporize the author. Hope you are feeling better for showtime and life in general. Why does the voice always go when it is most needed? Perverse Fate! Thanks for the Fang's and the Snape lament. They are still alive and well in your imagination, thank goodness. As always, Yr. Haha! I'm delighted to uphold the honor of the local brew scene. I'm starting to get a bit miffed with the guy. I mean, as great as it is that he's giving craft beer its due (plenty of major newspapers' food critics are oblivious), all he's doing is talking to Garrett Oliver (head brewer at Brooklyn Brewery) instead of doing actual research on the style (like at beeradvocate.com or ratebeer.com). Yeah, the last time I had a cold was right before we did Midsummer Night's Dream with the symphony. Alas, this situation is far more dire, as PWC is a small ensemble (13 singers at present) and I have a big exposed solo in the Britten. I had some voice last night, and am at home convalescing today, so hopefully sleeping all day will help :D I'm working on my second post-Deathly Hallows story featuring alive!Snape. Really, Jo made it too easy- no portrait of Snape, no body, no funeral, and with lots of previous mentions of poison cures AND Arthur Weasley surviving a death bite from Nagini. Fun fun fun! *hugs you via internet so as not to

You do write fabulous filks! Speaking of COMPANY, they'll be airing the recent Broadway revival on Great Performances in February, in case your interested. It was an incredible production.
I'm delighted you enjoy! :D And how exciting that it'll be on Great Performances! Company has gotten to be the Oklahoma! of post-1950 musical theatre. It's done by every high school, university, and community theatre, but it's so rarely done well. I can't wait to see this one!
