Spent the morning in the ER after another sleepless night.  The ER doc was the same as Friday, which made things a bit easier.  He was able to cut into it this time and remove about 3 tablespoons of fluid.  he also inserted a drain so it will continue to do so.  kinda gross but the pain is now from the incision and such rather than from pressure,
