DWC and Florida Derby recap

This was the last DWC held at Nad Al Sheba, the amazing triangular track (warning: huge pic). Next year, the event will be moved to Meydan City, a city literally built around the new traditional oval track. Here's hoping that someday I will be rich enough to visit this astonishing paradise. It's utterly mind-blowing

The Ride on DP wasn't one where it looked that he wanted to pass the other horse. He did enough to make it look close, but I don't think he was supposed to win... A few others at the track mentioned that to me throughout the day as well.

I dunno. He was under the whip all the way down the stretch. If Frankie was faking it, I would be shocked.

I think what impressed me most out of the entire day was Well Armed's BREAK. Good God, that redefined catching a flier out of the gate.
