I hear you, man. I used to get sleep paralysis fairly regularly. Nowadays, I know what's happening so when I 'wake up' unable to move and omg, something evil is in the room, I can tell myself to chill the fuck out and just relax, and then I wake up properly in...a few minutes or however long it really is. It's been awhile now (over a year?) since it's happened to me. It sucks royally, though. :P
