We got home a bit ago

We didn't get up as early as planned but we made it to the game in plenty of time. (Purdue's about an hour and 45 min. from here. - West Lafayette, In.)

Purdue won handily. The final score was 52 - 6, BUT it was a crazy day.

Purdue Pete is our rather unofficial mascot. (The Boilermaker Special is the REAL mascot.) I really think he and Sparty could have an ugly contest! *grin*

When we were walking to the car and when we got out at home we both could not WAIT to change clothes. I think I prefer sitting in snow at a football game to sitting in the rain... not to mention that yesterday's weather was rather scary.

I am a Pro football fan as you know and seeing the game Thursday night with your Colts winning certainly reminded me of Fall. Go Colts!

Please do! We have never had that happen before. I have sat in snowstorms and rain before, but never severe with threats of tornados! Up until right before halftime it was fine!
