Yes, she'd gotten up so late she was eating her breakfast there...she didn't want to carry it into the choir room :-)

Only a few more weeks until she'd officially a sixth grader, how about that?

It makes me happy to see May snow!
I was born during a blizzard in May.

I miss the snow, I can't wait for lil bit to see the real thing for the first time. It will be amazing!

Wow, what a pretty tree!!

It is very pretty this time of year, but in the summer it has leaf scab and drops dead leaves all summer long. It's so pretty that we hate to have it taken down but it also is too large to spray to help the disease!

It sure doesn't look like it has a disease. It's so pretty...and huge!

It does though... the leaves get brown splotches on them and they fall off the tree all summer long. It makes me sad because I do love that tree! We have to *rake* the patio all the time!
